Based on the great relationship with our logistic partner, we have been offering the pick-up service for standard orders at over 50 carrier depots in Taiwan. To provide all better tool service experience, we have extended this service to the repair tools. Starting from Oct. 21, 2019, we'll offer the "pick up/drop off at carrier depots" service for repair tools. After requesting tool repair via our Customer Service, you are able to take your to-be-repaired tools to carrier depots and/or pick up your repaired tools at carrier depot.
Also, starting from Oct. 21, 2019, for tools that are out of free repair period need tool service, TWD 150 will be charged as round trip delivery for repairing.
